My 2 yr old old loves this. We love all the "Bugs &..." games.

This is a terrific and beautiful app to teach younger children how to use a tablet device and basic preK skills. It has one of the pleasantest counting games I have seen. It has terrific choices of background music for each game, of which there are many: just tapping buttons falling off a truck, color recognition with fireflies, counting bugs, letter sequencing on a train, etc... All that said, and I do recommend this app, it actually does not work for my autistic son. The consequences for making the wrong choice are visually and aurally appealing to him so he is not encouraged to make the right choice with this app.

The bugs are lifelike and a little scary for two and three year olds.

Very well thought out games. You can start with coordination and move to letter, color and number recognition, and more! Am going to look for more educational programs by these programmers. Btw, Im a kindergarten teacher.

The graphics and animations are so engaging. I have also purchased other apps by this same developer because my students love them so much.

I have tons of kids apps and this is hands down, bar none, the BEST app I own. From a learning stand point it is amazing - mazes, pattern recognition, counting, letters, colors, sorting, matching, along with a million other things. All of the other educational apps are thinly veiled lessons, these games are all about fun. I only realized what a gold mine of learning opportunities recently after I started reading about skills for your preschooler and realized they we all covered in this app. I found out about this app from a family at our hotel when we went to Hawaii last year. My son was just under 2, and they said it was a great one for the airplane because it kept them busy for hours. My son loved it then and still does now a year later. It has a long shelf life because it has simple games he could grasp then, lots of stuff for him now, and still more games that will probably be better several months from now. Even the more advanced games are well thought out so he didnt get frustrated, he likes to see the bugs running around. He finds the harder ones months later and loves them. He was young at 2 for a lot of it, but loved the bugs running around. He is my only child so Im not as familiar with older kids, but I think it would still hold his 5 year old cousins interest. I dont know any kid older than that so I could only guess.

My 4 yr old loves bugs. My 2yr old loves numbers. Win!!! This app has 18 games in it, beautifully rendered, educational and fun. Love the variety of skills in the puzzles - number sequentials, patterns, color recognition, shapes, movement. This has it all. Signed - a very happy Mommy.

My son loves this line of apps - he would play for hours - and get excited when he get it right!

Fantastic game. Perfect for 3-6 age range. Beautiful graphics and great gameplay. My kids love it and it doesnt annoy the grown ups.

Super fun games involving (you guessed it!) bugs and buttons! The kids really enjoy this one - with the realistic bugs being a big hit. I love the variety of the lessons and the incremental increase in difficulty as skill mastery is demonstrated. Two thumbs up for this one!!

And me too, Ill admit even I get competitive at roach racing!! My 6 year old loves it, my 4 year old is still learning from the pattern games and my 2 year old love swishing the bugs and sorting the buttons cant say enough good things about this app!

My daughter loves all of the Bugs Apps!!

One of the most unique and colorful apps out there. Amazing detail and clever educational mini games. The music is quirky and soothing. Both my kids ( ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 ) love these games! Theyve learned a lot. Patterns, sorting, counting... endless hours of meaningful fun.

I bought this game for my grand daughter, imagine her horror when the first thing that came across the screen were real life looking bugs. Spiders were especially scary for her and I was disgusted by the cockroaches. This was the worst game I have ever purchased!!!

Different games keep both grandkids occupied. One size does fit all for both a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old. Plus I can see them using this for several more years!

This app is the best we have downloaded to date. Each game is fun and engaging. Kids can sharpen fine motors kills, practice hand eye coordination, sort, spell, collect. The music is sweet the voices are funny; my child and I both enjoy the many games contained in this app. THIS GAME IS NOT ANNOYING TO PARENTS;).

Both boys love this app, the games can be played with different levels of technique and theres even a few that they can play together with out fighting over it...

I dont like that it leaves my ipad screen in ultra-brightness mode. Any fix for that would be welcome. Otherwise, it is a great game. Lots of cute ideas and opportunities for learning. I am not super fond of the "skip" feature though for when a kid decides that they dont want to play a game (and therefore not work on that skill)...
